# Give team members access

> Invite users to your account and add billing or technical contacts.

You can let colleagues or your developer access your HostCloud account without sharing your password.

## Invite a user

**1. Open user management**

Open the account menu (your name, top-right) and choose **User Management**.

**2. Invite**

Enter the person's email address and choose their permissions, for example access to services only, or to invoices and support tickets as well.

**3. They accept**

They'll receive an email invitation to log in with their own credentials.

You can change permissions or remove a user at any time from the same page.

## Add a contact

Contacts receive emails (such as invoices or technical notices) but don't log in. Open the account menu (your name, top-right) and choose **Contacts**. Add the contact, and choose which email types they should receive.

> Remove access promptly when someone leaves your team or a contractor's work is finished.
