# Request a quote

> Get a written price quote from HostCloud before you buy.

Need a formal quote for your company's approval, a custom server, or several services together? This guide shows you how to ask for one and accept it.

## Ask for a quote

**1. Open a Sales ticket**

In the Client Area, go to **Support → Open Ticket** and choose **Sales**.

**2. Tell us what you need**

Include:

* The services you're interested in, such as hosting, a VPS, domains or SSL
* Rough needs, such as the number of websites, visitors or email accounts, or server size
* Your preferred billing cycle (monthly, yearly and so on)
* Your company name, address and GSTIN if the quote needs them

**3. Get your quote**

We'll prepare a quote and reply in the ticket.

## View and accept a quote

Quotes we send you are saved in the Client Area under **Billing → My Quotes**. Open a quote to see the details, download it as a PDF, and accept it.

Once you accept a quote, an invoice is created. Pay it as usual, and your services are set up. See [Pay an invoice](/billing/pay-an-invoice.md).

> Quotes are valid until the date shown on them. Prices for Indian customers include GST where it applies. See [Currency, GST and tax invoices](/billing/currency-and-gst.md).
