# Log in to the HostCloud Client Area

> Access your services, invoices and support tickets from one place.

The Client Area at **clients.hostcloud.in** is where you manage everything you buy from HostCloud: hosting, VPS, domains, invoices and support tickets.

## Log in

New to HostCloud? There's no sign-up link on the login page. You create your account during checkout when you [place your first order](/getting-started/place-an-order).

**1. Open the login page**

Go to [clients.hostcloud.in](https://clients.hostcloud.in). You'll see the **Secure Client Login** page.

**2. Enter your details**

Enter your **Email Address** and **Password**, the ones you chose when you placed your first order. Tick **Remember Me** if you're on your own device, then click **Login**.

**3. Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled)**

If you turned on [two-factor authentication](/account/two-factor-authentication), enter the code from your authenticator app.

## Forgot your password?

**1. Request a reset**

On the login page, click **Forgot?** next to the password field. On the **Lost Password Reset** page, enter your **Email Address** and click **Submit**.

**2. Check your email**

We send a reset link to that address. It expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

**3. Set a new password**

Choose a strong password you don't use anywhere else.

> No reset email? Check your spam folder and make sure you're using the same email address your account was registered with. If you no longer have access to that mailbox, [open a ticket](/support/open-a-ticket) from a new account or email us, and we'll verify your identity before updating it.

| **Billing ▾** | Invoices, payment methods and quotes |
| **Support ▾** | Open and track support tickets |

Services and Domains are direct links. Menus marked ▾ open a list of options. The green **Open Ticket** button is always at the top, and your account settings are in the account menu (your name, top-right).
