# Place an order

> Buy hosting, a VPS or a domain from HostCloud.

**1. Start your order**

Pick a plan on [hostcloud.in](https://hostcloud.in) and click **Order Now**. If you already have an account, you can also order from the Client Area: go to **Services → Place a New Order**, or click **+ Add New**.

**2. Choose your product**

The order form is a single page. Use the product tabs across the top to pick the type of service and plan.

**3. Choose a billing cycle and options**

Select how often you want to be billed. Longer cycles usually cost less per month. See [Billing cycles](/billing/billing-cycles). Depending on the product, you may also choose a domain name, server location or operating system.

**4. Check your currency and total**

Use the **Currency** selector to choose INR or USD. The **Order Summary** box shows what you're buying and the total.

**5. Check out**

Enter your billing details and choose a payment method. New customers create their HostCloud account at this step.

If you want a GST invoice in your business name, enter your business name and GSTIN in the billing details (the GSTIN field is labelled **Tax ID**). You can also add it later under account menu → **Account Details**, before your invoice is generated.

**6. Pay the invoice**

Your service is set up once payment is confirmed. You'll get a welcome email with login and access details.
