You can pay HostCloud invoices using the following methods:

Manage saved payment methods

1

Open Payment Methods

In the Client Area, go to Billing → Payment Methods.
2

Add, remove or set a default

Add a new card, delete one you no longer use, or mark one as your default. Your default method is used for automatic renewals where supported.
HostCloud never stores your full card number. Card details are held by our payment processor.

Paying by bank transfer, cheque or cash

You can pay by online transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), or deposit a cheque or cash at any HDFC Bank branch in India. Include your invoice number in the payment reference so we can match it quickly. Our bank details are linked in every invoice email and listed below.
HostCloud’s bank details never change by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you’re asked to pay a different account, don’t pay. Open a Billing ticket to confirm first.
After you pay, open a Billing ticket (or reply to your invoice’s existing ticket) with the invoice number and the cheque number or transaction reference. Bank payments are credited manually and usually show as paid the same day.
Cash deposits are accepted only for amounts below ₹2,00,000 per invoice, as required by Indian income tax rules.
To avoid a bank charge, deposit cash at the HDFC Bank Nanded City, Pune branch. At any other branch, the bank adds a charge of ₹110 per cash deposit. Please add this amount when you deposit cash.
